At each exit Apple, enthusiasts are already thinking about the next. Analysts have been awarded the title of “brand specialist” by the community, successfully predict the next changes for example. IPhone 11 was released in September 2019. The presentation of the iPhone 12 should then take place a year later, in the month of september 2020. The Covid–19 having been able slow production of the smartphone despite its relocation to Taiwan, it may be a little late.
Changes to the iPhone 12
No official announcement has yet been made on the appearance, composition and news of theiPhone 12 by Apple. The level of design, Apple would only change it every two models. So it could be rather similar to that of the iPhone 11. However, one can imagine a disappearance of “the notch“, this little black rectangle at the top of the screen that contains sensors, especially for the FaceID. The sensors could now be slid under the screen, so that the smartphone is ultimately just a rectangular screen. Of new colors could also appear. Again, these are assumptions that circulate on the internet.
The 5G could also appear on the iPhone 12. Deployment is a little delayed, but compatibility will be welcome once the network is fully established. Still at the technological level, Apple could continue to work on battery and phone life.
No more headphones or charger?
At–beyond all these anticipations, an analyst named Ming–Chi Kuo also has his theories. It is generally rather good at anticipating new things at Apple. But that–you may not like it. Indeed, he claims that wired EarPods and charger will not be included with iPhone 12 during the purchase. Thus, the box would only contain the iPhone and can–be some apple shaped stickers... if this prediction turns out to be true. The Barclays bank, too, goes there with its theory, estimating that the smartphone will be supplied only with a power cable but without the mains plug or headphones.
Savings for 5G or a commercial trick?
This initiative could come from the fact that it is necessary offset the cost of the 5G device without increasing that of the telephone. It could also aim to push to purchase other accessories for your phone. Indeed, if you get a new pair of wired headphones with your new iPhone, you may be–be less tempted to buy a pair of AirPods for example.
Apple continues to attract consumers year after year, despite successive marketing and commercial tricks. In September, we will know in any case if Ming’s prediction–Chi Kuo is confirmed or not.
