According to the ANEPC website, the district with the most means involved in combating flames is Castelo Branco, where a forest fire has started since 15:31 in the municipality of Oleiros and which is being fought by 375 operatives, supported by 121 vehicles.
In the Bragança district, 155 operatives and 53 vehicles fight the flames in a bush fire in the municipality of Vinhais, an occurrence that started at 14:10 and is still ongoing.
Also in the municipality of Vila Flor there are still 172 operational and 56 vehicles in a fire that started at 14:51 and is in resolution.
In Viana do Castelo there is an active fire in the parish of Facha, in the municipality of Ponte de Lima, with 160 firefighters and 54 vehicles.
Also in the district of Viana do Castelo, a fire is still underway in the parish Fornelos and Queijada with 65 operational and 22 vehicles.
The fire in the parish of Gondufe, with 70 operational and 5 vehicles, is already in resolution.
The ANEPC recorded around 23:00 a total 40 fires that mobilize 1,401 operational and 421 vehicles.
Of the 40 fires, nine are ongoing, five are in resolution and 26 are in conclusion.
