The only goal of Rumen Radev’s caretaker government is to discredit GERB. Nothing else works. It is even ready for an entire industry to become an indirect victim of their political intrigues. We have nothing to worry about. During our management we have always managed to provide additional funds for RIA due to urgent activities. There is no driver who is not happy that the “waves” of “Thrace” are finally in the past.
Hundreds of thousands of Bulgarian citizens are employed in the construction industry, it is extremely important for the economy and we as managers have never neglected it. Additional earmarked funds have always been provided to the RIA with decrees of the Council of Ministers and budget updates. In 2020, RIA was allocated an additional BGN 1.5 billion, in 2019 – BGN 984 million, in 2018 – BGN 1.7 billion.
There is no money for roads in the update of the budget of the official cabinet. Moreover, nearly half a billion levs were taken from the money we provided for Hemus. And it is not clear why at least they did not go to pay with the industry – do they boast of very high revenues in the budget ?! What were these millions spent on? And what happened to the nearly 81 million left in the account of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, which were supposed to pay for Hemus activities?
I do not find logic in the actions of the official government. The Minister does not stop activities for which she does not find funds. Ham makes no effort to provide them. Moreover, it is lightly released from nearly half a billion from the account of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for the Hemus Motorway. These are not actions of a minister concerned about the department he manages. And his executioner. “
