Night Sleep Has a Big Effect on Heart Disease

Participants answered health questions, took basic measurements, such as height and weight, then provided blood and urine samples. About 20 percent of participants also wore a sleep tracking device on their wrist for seven days.

Furthermore, Plans says that people who consistently go to bed at 10 p.m. are more likely to engage in other behaviors that have a more direct impact on health. For example, if you are able to sleep at that time, it means that you have completed the previous work, which in turn makes the time to rest and wake up in the morning more regular.
