Via text in the picture, Nienke then says that she tried to sigh away the pressure contractions, to let her baby be born so ‘sighing’. But after fifty painful minutes and with a third of her head out, she can’t take it anymore. Or as only Nienke Plas can describe it: “Indeed, the flames were on fire.”

Nienke switches to pressing and before she knows it – namely: after one hard press – her second son is born. With the little boy in her arms, she steps out of the tub and moves to the couch. There, Frenky-Dean cuts the umbilical cord with his father.
Nienke also shares images of the unveiling of the name to her family, and of the moment when Frenky-Dean holds his little brother in his arms for the first time.
