Avian flu settles in Deux-Sèvres
A duck farm located in the town of Limalonges, suspected of avian influenza, was put under surveillance.
The complete analyzes carried out by the ANSES national reference laboratory confirmed the infection and the highly pathogenic nature of the strain. It is the third farm to be affected by the virus in less than three days.
All movements of poultry are prohibited in the protection zones set up around these outbreaks.
A salary increase of 180 euros per month
The Government and the Departments of France are jointly committed to wage increases of 1.3 billion euros in favor of professionals in the socio-educational sector.
This agreement concluded on Friday February 18, 2022, during the conference of social and medico-social support professions, allows an increase in the salaries of professionals in the socio-educational sector up to 183 euros net per month.
Inauguration of the new prefect
Emmanuelle Dubée appointed prefect of Deux-Sèvres takes office on Monday. As a reminder, the decision was adopted by the Council of Ministers on Tuesday 15 February.
She replaces Emmanuel Aubry who arrived in Deux-Sèvres two years ago, in February 2020. He was appointed prefect of Sarthe.
