News of hitting brain hemorrhage due to COVID vaccination is a hoax

JAMBI-INDEPENDENT.CO.ID, JAKARTA – There is information circulating that the cerebral hemorrhage experienced by Tukul Arowana was caused by the COVID-19 vaccination.

This is according to the official page of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force (26/9), as fake news or hoaxes.

According to the Managing Director of the National Brain Center Hospital (PON Hospital), Mursyid Bustami, the comedian’s brain hemorrhage had nothing to do with the vaccine he received.

The COVID-19 Handling Task Force also reminded the public not to be easily swayed by hoaxes.

“Be careful with health-related information that doesn’t circulate through official channels, such as posts on social media or broadcast messages on chat applications.” (ruf/fin)
