A 16-year-old boy was shot dead around 3:30 a.m. on the night of Friday to Saturday in Epinay-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Upon arrival, they discovered the young man who had “several gunshot wounds”. Despite the intervention of the emergency services, he died on the spot.
“We have no idea why,” a source familiar with the matter said, adding that the victim was not known to the courts. An investigation was opened for “homicide in an organized gang” and entrusted to the Paris criminal brigade.
No arrest had taken place for the time being.
