Tawfiq Al-Kulaib, brother of martyr Fahd Al-Kulaib, said the security services arrested the driver who ran over his brother while doing his work in the security patrol sector on Friday’s national day, indicating that investigations are still ongoing with him, as they were informed.

And he indicated that his brother, half an hour before the end of his job, helped a woman who wanted to cross the main road to head to the park gate, and when he returned to the patrol car he was traveling in, he was hit by a car driven by a reckless young man at breakneck speed.

He noted that he received a phone call that his brother Fahd had just been in a car accident without giving details, but had received the news of his death on his way to the hospital.
