NEW YORK.- A man living in Queens, named Andrew Ramsaroop, was accused of sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl, whom he met through Snapcha applicationp, announced Raymond Tierney, Suffolk County District Attorney.
Ramsaroop, aged 30, allegedly spoke with the minor for two weeks before traveling to Long Island to meet her last month.

He abused the minor on two occasions
According to The NY Journal, the man met with the minor and a friend of hers at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove. He invited them to get into her car, but they refused. The same day, during the afternoon, he managed to meet the teenager in a playground and raped her. The aggression was repeated on a second occasion.
He was arrested on May 20 and yesterday He was charged with two counts of rape against a minor.
Prosecutor Tierney said in a statement:
He allegedly knew the teen was 13 years old, but this adult continued to communicate with this girl and eventually convinced her to meet him in person in Suffolk County. Attacks on children will not be tolerated, and offenders will be held accountable for their actions.
