These days it is difficult to find unseen footage of surfing from Clay Marzo. This style so different from what we are used to serving us is only visible during short edits, to our liking too few. Present on the film of Logan Dulien’s recent Snapt 4, of which he finished 3rd, the American returns here with unpublished images on his Maui’s favorite spot.-
For 4 minutes, it is possible to observe the almost perfect balance of your surf. Whether it’s dealing with depth to the bottom of the barrel, his own maneuvers, or above the wave, Clay seems doomed to always fall back on his board with both feet.
The Californian has always surfed in this strange way. A separate form of surfing that splashes onto the camera and makes each of its rare captured sessions unique. A tasty present was therefore offered to us just before Christmas, let’s take advantage of it.
