Suara.com – Apple just announced the operating system watchOS 8 for device line Apple Watch Series at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC), Tuesday (8/6/2021) early morning.
Quotes Techradar, Tuesday (8/6/2021), watchOS 8 is in developer beta starting today.
The company immediately launched a public beta in July which was then officially released in September.

Here are the New Features of watchOS 8:
Wallet
This app is finally officially available on all Apple smart watch devices. Previously the app only appeared on the Apple Watch 6.
Apple Watch has several capabilities such as unlocking cars, homes, offices, to hotels.
For users in the United States, they can add their SIM or state ID in Wallet.

Mindfulness
The pre-existing Breathe app will be integrated into the Mindfulness app along with a new app, Reflect.
This application will show the user activity that has been done before.
Then Sleep Tracking now has a new breathing rate metric that measures breaths per minute.
All the data already in the health tool is now fed into Trends to track how the user’s health data is over a period of time.
Workout
Workout gets two new workout modes consisting of Tai Chi and Pilates. This mode shows the user’s heart rate and motion algorithm when entering training mode.
Apple Fitness Plus
This feature adds Picture in Picture support and other filter options.
Users can move training data to another device or pause a workout on one device and restart it on another.
Fitness Plus also adds more workout modes by sports experts like Jeanette Jenkins.
Then there is the Artist Spotlight Series which contains music playlists from musicians such as Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Alicia Keys.
Photos in Portrait Mode
This photo app has been redesigned to navigate your existing photo collection.
Then the Memories and Featured Photos feature can be synced to the Apple Watch from the iOS app.
Portrait Mode now allows users to turn portrait mode into a watch face.
Messages dan GIF
The messaging app is also getting new controls like turning the crown to move the cursor to the ability to reply to messages with GIFs.
Contact
The new Contacts feature is intended to search, edit, and share contacts directly from Apple Watch.
Intercom
This feature improves on the previous Home app, where it worked to find out who was at the door via live video to greet them.
Focus
This feature is used to keep users from being disturbed by other notifications while doing work, exercising, sleeping, or when they don’t want to be disturbed at all.
