“We return to Plaza Las Américas to continue with the mission of saving lives through vaccination. We urge all people to receive their bivalent reinforcement against COVID-19, so that they have the greatest necessary protection against the virus, especially the elderly and children, since they are the most vulnerable groups,” said Lilliam Rodríguez Capó, CEO and founder of VOCESPR.

The bivalent booster protects against the initial strain of the virus and its OMICRON variant. According to data from the Department of Health, only 33% of the population is vaccinated up to date (primary series and bivalent vaccine) and the contagion rate is currently at 11%.

The bivalent booster from Pfizer and Moderna will be available for people 12 years and older. All persons must present a photo ID and their immunization card with the completed primary series. If the last dose was received before September of last year, and you have the primary series, you should already receive the Bivalent. So they will be protected.
