The state is preparing a new program for mobilizing and recruiting people into the army.
Advisor to the Head of the President’s Office Mikhail Podolyak commented on videos of summonses being served in gyms, which began to appear frequently on the Internet.
He stated that continued mobilization would be difficult, so government agencies are working on a new program, informs UNIAN.
According to Podolyak, the state “must work with people who do not really understand what war is and what such a war can lead to.”
“You want to live in a free state, where you can behave as you want, and at the same time you do not want to defend these rights that you like. Russia, when it comes here, all these people will look a little different: they will not walk themselves calmly on the streets, they won’t behave as if nothing is happening,” Podolyak added.

He noted that a program is now being prepared that will change the mobilization and recruitment of people for war. According to him, the functions that the state should take on and how to work with people will be clearly defined.
