The New Orleans Saints from the US football professional league NFL have to do without their star running back Alvin Kamara in the first three games of the season.
The league suspended Kamara for his involvement in a brawl in Las Vegas on the night of the 2022 Pro Bowl All-Star game.
Kamara and other people, including Indianapolis Colts Chris Lammons, who is now also suspended, hit a man in February 2022. This was captured by a surveillance camera.
Because of the case, the 28-year-old had to answer in court and was sentenced to a fine and community service for assault.
