The New Hyundai Palisade is officially launched in Indonesia. This car gets an update from the exterior and the addition of the latest features. Although this South Korean-made SUV has just been introduced in Jakarta (28/7/2022), the number of orders has already reached 700 units.
As explained by the Chief of Operating Officer of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID), Makmur, the Palisade is a premium SUV whose segment is above the Hyundai Santa Fe model. The New Hyundai Palisade is in the E and F SUV segments.
“For the old model, last year there were more than 1,300 orders, this year as of last June it had more than 1,200. This one (the New Hyundai Palisade) has reached 700 units (the number of orders),” Makmur told reporters in Jakarta.

According to Makmur, for consumers who have already ordered the old Palisade model, it will be immediately replaced with the New Palisade model. But with a note, consumers have to add more costs because the price of the New Palisade is more expensive as the design changes and the addition of features.
Consumers of the New Palisade also have to be patient, because to get a car that is imported intact from South Korea, they must first make an indent.
“Inden (waiting time) we estimate about 2-3 months,” continued Makmur.
For information, the New Hyundai Palisade is available in several exterior color variants, such as Creamy White Pearl, Moonlight Blue Pearl, Graphite Gray Metallic, Abyss Black Pearl, Shimmering Silvering Metallic. While the interior is available in 3 color choices, namely Black Monotone, Black & Burgundy, Navy & Warm Grey.
New Hyundai Palisade comes with a choice of 3 variants and prices:
1. Prime: Rp 842.000.000
2. Signature 2WD: Rp 977.000.000
3. Signature AWD: Rp 1.110.000.000
