The new Fiat 600 crossover has a gasoline engine. The “six hundred” hybrid entered the European market. The drive unit consists of a 1.2 Puretech turbocharged engine, a robotic gearbox with an integrated electric motor and a traction battery.
The Fiat 600 debuted 2.5 months ago as an electric car, and now a version has been added to the range for those countries where the transition to all-battery models has been slower.
The mild hybrid is 15 percent more economical and environmentally friendly than the conventional gasoline crossover, although Fiat does not provide absolute data on fuel consumption.
