JCI strengthens, peek at foreign collections, Tuesday (6/10)

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) closed up 0.82% or up 40.45 points to 4,999.22 on Tuesday’s trading. During trading, JCI moved from the level of 4,999.48 to 5,023.89.

Citing RTI data, the JCI closed moving below 5,000 at the close of trading, after rising to its highest level at 5,023.89 due to sentiment over the ratification of the Job Creation Bill.

A total of eight sectors strengthened and two sectors weakened. The sector that strengthened the most was finance, which rose 1.65%. Then the various industrial sectors rose 1.25%.

The infrastructure sector also gained 1.14%. Only the construction sector and consumer goods weakened 0.81% and 0.22%, respectively.

The total volume of stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reached 12.88 billion with a transaction value of Rp. 7.19 trillion. A total of 281 stocks rose, and 129 stocks fell. Meanwhile, 170 shares were flat.

Foreign investors booked a net sell of IDR 263.38 billion in all markets. However, the following stocks are listed in foreign collections.

Foreigners collect the most shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) Rp 157.1 billion. BBCA shares also rose 3.26% to IDR 28,500 per share. BBCA’s total share trading volume reached 29.5 million with a transaction value of IDR 839.6 billion.

Foreigners also collect shares of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) Rp 42.1 billion. BMRI shares also rose 2.80% to IDR 5,500 per share. The total trading volume of BMRI shares reached 44.5 million with a transaction value of Rp 245.4 billion.

Shares of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) also collected by foreigners of IDR 27.5 billion. MNCN shares shot up 13.10% to IDR 820 per share at the close of trading. The total trading volume of MNCN’s shares reached 219 million with a transaction value of IDR 171.7 billion.

  3. MNCN IDR 27.5 billion
  4. KPIG IDR 11.5 billion

  6. IPTV Rp. 337 million.
