New era in ‘swipe up’ on Instagram

Instagram was implementing the link forwarding feature in its stories on a limited basis. However, according to the decision made by the company today, a new test is being launched to expand this feature.

However, the new feature offers an anchor tag instead of swiping up the link. These tags will work when clicked on them and will do the same as the scroll up link.

product manager of Instagram Vishal Shah, The VergeHe told . that test trials are at a small stage for now and are about learning how people can benefit from the connections.

The new feature will monitor the types of links people post, while paying particular attention to misinformation and spam.
