The General Authority for Construction and Housing Cooperation announced new details for booking the authority’s apartments in 4 cities.
The authority confirmed that it is possible to obtain the conditions brochure of the General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives, to know the specifications, financial amounts and all conditions in exchange for paying an amount of 300 pounds.
Major General Walid Al-Baroudi, head of the General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives, said that the authority will offer 361 investment housing units in distinct locations in the Authority’s projects in the cities of New Cairo’s Pearl, Badr’s Pearl, October Pearl, and the Tenth of Ramadan Pearl.
The progress details are as follows:
The spaces of the offered residential units start from 95 square meters to 155 square meters, including the garage.
– Payment facilities of up to 7 years, except for the Pearl of the Tenth of Ramadan, which has payment facilities of up to 10 years.
The apartments will be delivered in July 2024.
– In the event of full payment – cash, 20% of the unit price will be deducted and not included in the lottery.
– Purchasing the tender documents from Monday, June 12, until Tuesday, June 27.
– The brochures are located at the Authority’s main headquarters at 3 Samir Abdel Raouf Street – Extension of Makram Ebeid – Nasr City.
Reservation and submission of applications for residential units offered in the Pearl New Cairo project, during the period from 4 to 13 July 2023, and the Badr Pearl project, during the period from 17 to 26 July 2023.
The Pearl of October project, during the period from July 31 to August 10, 2023.
– The Pearl of the Tenth of Ramadan project, during the period from August 14 to August 24, 2023.
– The public lottery will also be conducted among the applicants to allocate the housing units offered in the Pearl New Cairo project on Sunday, September 3, 2023, while the public lottery for the Badr Pearl project will be on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
The public lottery for the Pearl 6th of October project will take place on Monday, September 11, 2023, while the public lottery will be held to allocate housing units offered in the Pearl 10th of Ramadan project on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
The draw for each project will take place at 12:00 noon at the El Alamein Club in front of the Authority’s main headquarters.
