Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia – Podolyak indicated three steps towards dialogue for the Russian Federation

Russia must meet three main conditions to start negotiations with Ukraine. In particular, the withdrawal of troops from our country is mandatory.

According to him, the main steps towards negotiations with Ukraine for Russia are:

1. Cease the firing of missiles against a sovereign state.
2. Withdrawal of occupying troops from the territory of a sovereign state.
3. Return to international law, where borders of countries are recorded.
