Neega Mass makes the Diolas dance to Wolof rhythms

While waiting for the release of his 4th album, Neega Mass offers us a remix of his song “Kasa Mansa” this time in mbalakh version.

Known for his pan-Africanist positions, the unity of the black people, the history of Africa, are the main themes that regularly emerge in his songs.

Previously, this piece was composed on Kasa rhythms, with the bougarabou, Neega Mass shows that he knows the Casaçaise culture very well because he spent part of his youth in Ziguinchor.

“The purpose of this song is to show that we have the same origin, the same culture and that music is also a means of creating cultural unity through dances and rhythms” he retorts

His French tour canceled because of Covid19, Neega Mass is currently confined to the studio to finalize his 4th album announced for December 2020.

In the meantime, we are releasing this opus which has been remixed by the famous producer / composer Paul Doko Diouf, in collaboration with the star of Guinea Bissau (Tony Reis) but also by Alexy Mendy
