Neediest first: Money from the relief package will flow from August – economic policy

The money from the relief package of the turquoise-green federal government should end up with the population as soon as possible. According to ÖVP club chairman August Wöginger, the money from the additional family allowance of 180 euros should be paid out to those affected “in the summer, specifically in August”. Then the money should be paid out to support low-income households. Anyone who receives unemployment benefit, minimum security or a minimum pension will receive a one-time payment of 300 euros from September.
