Nearly 17,000 health workers have had corona Inland

It is the second time that the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) has published figures on corona in healthcare. On April 30, the institute reported 13,884 infections, 458 hospitalizations, and nine health care deaths.

The youngest deceased care worker was 45 years old, the oldest 69. Seven of the eleven deceased already had health problems. This is not yet known for two victims.

Corona patients who work in healthcare are on average younger than the other patients. Moreover, it is relatively often about women.
