The inter-union of public finance 35 (CGT – Solidaires – FO) organized a rally in front of the public finance center of Liffré, Tuesday 15 December, “To oppose the closure of treasuries including that of Liffré”.
About forty people took part in this mobilization, including several elected Liffré-Cormier community and its president, Stéphane Piquet, came to express their “support”.
In a press release, the unions expose:
“The current health crisis has clearly shown how essential our public services are to the expectations of citizens and economic players. DGFiP agents played a major role in providing aid to businesses. Despite the commitment they have shown in this difficult context, the government is relaunching its plan to dismantle the administration of public finances. Thus, the 2021 PLF (finance bill) provides for massive job cuts: 2,163 planned for the finance ministry, and the general management (DG) is not giving up its “ New local network ” (NRP ) ”.
The inter-union specifies that “the local technical committee, which was to meet on December 1, 2020 in Rennes, was boycotted by the CGT, Solidaires and FO Finances Publiques union organizations of 35 and nevertheless ratified the NRP in Ille-et- Vilaine for 2021 according to the schedule initially planned. The administration, like the government, is taking advantage of the health crisis, playing on the effect of astonishment, to accelerate the dismantling of the DGFiP at all costs. On the horizon of 1is January 2023, it is indeed a large-scale destruction of the public service that is scheduled ”.
Petition
For Ille-et-Vilaine, “the NRP results in the closure of all treasuries, the decrease in the number of personal income tax services (SIP) and most of the business tax services (SIE), lists the inter-union. Accounting management services were created on the ruins of local treasuries and saw their missions redefined. At 1is January 2021, the closures of the treasuries of Pipriac, Saint-Aubin-d’Aubigné, Dinard, Châteaugiron after that of Plélan intervened at 1is January of this year. The closure of all the treasuries of theIlle-et-Vilaine, including that of Liffré ».
A petition is launched for the attention of users. It will then be sent to the regional public finance directorate as well as to the finance minister.
