What is known about the regime for the allocation of land to the forest fund
In one of the territorial communities of the Buchansky district in the Kiev region, nearly fifty hectares of forest were returned to court. He said this in the Kiev regional prosecutor’s office, the report “Comments”.
According to the agency, the court met the requests of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky District Prosecutor’s Office for the return to the territorial community ownership of land worth more than 410 million hryvnia in the territory of the Buchansky district.
It is known that the enterprise illegally obtained the right of ownership on plots of land in the territory of the village of Dmitrovka. The assignment of these lands to the property was carried out in violation of the requirements of land and forestry legislation. The disputed plots are constantly used by the specialized forestry enterprise KP “Svyatoshinsky Forest Park Enterprise”, which did not give permission to withdraw them and change the purpose of the land. During the investigation of the criminal proceedings, it was found that the state deeds on the ownership of the disputed plots of land show signs of counterfeiting. The court confirmed the abolition of the decision of the chancellor on state registration for a legal person of the right of private ownership of land. After the decision enters into force, 49 hectares of land will be returned to the property of the territorial community of Dmitrov.
In addition, at the request of the prosecutor, forest land worth more than 53 million hryvnia will be returned to the state in private ownership. The court accepted the request of the Obukhov District Prosecutor’s Office for the return to state ownership of forest land with an area of one hectare. By decision of local self-government, plots of land were transferred to the private property of seven citizens for the construction and maintenance of residential buildings and personal agriculture.
Earlier, the “Comments” portal reported that the Kiev Regional Forestry and Hunting Department has asked the Kiev Ecological and Cultural Center (KECC) for help due to seizure by marauders of land in the forest fund. In Kiev forestry, they claim that the raiders have appropriated about 88 hectares of land and the future reserve “Geonavt Cave”. These plots of land are located in the Obukhovsky district of the Kiev region near the village of Khodosovka. Without the consent of the Kiev forestry, the whole territory has already been divided into 67 plots of land, which will be sold illegally as cottages. At the same time, a large forest area will be destroyed, which includes the territory of the future Geonavt cave reserve, noted the Kiev Ecological and Cultural Center. It was KEKC that created the Geonavt Cave reserve. Activists note that the Geonaut cave is the only cave of natural origin in the Kiev region. The Kiev Ecological and Cultural Center is preparing a court case for the illegal seizure of land.
