“I do not have high expectations from the NATO summit in Madrid. I will be very pleasantly surprised, I will be happy if I am wrong in my expectations,” the Foreign Minister said, referring to the chance for a change in NATO’s position regarding Ukraine’s membership in the Alliance.
According to Kuleba, the format of Ukraine’s participation in this summit is now being worked out with the Spanish side.
