National Police Corps Celebrates Guardian Angels’ Day with Distinctions at City of Oviedo Exhibition and Congress Palace

The National Police Corps will celebrate tomorrow its patron saint’s day, the Guardian Angels, with various events. At 12:30 p.m., the central event will take place in the main hall of the City of Oviedo Exhibition and Congress Palace, where the different distinctions will be awarded.

Previously, at 10:30 a.m., and after the reception of the authorities and the rest of the guests, a mass will be celebrated in the Minor Basilica of San Juan el Real, located on Melquiades Álvarez Street, which will presumably be presided over by the Archbishop of Oviedo, Jesús Sanz Mountains.

The formal events and activities will be attended by the current Government delegate, Delia Losa, and the senior chief of the National Police of Asturias, Luis Carlos Espino Cruz, among other civil and military authorities.
