National Commission for Judicial Discipline Upholds Sanction Against Lawyer Jorge Enrique Gaitan Quimbayo for Disciplinary Offense

The National Commission for Judicial Discipline upheld the sanctioning sentence of first instance against the lawyer Jorge Enrique Gaitan Quimbayopronounced by the Sectional Commission of Judicial Disciplinary of Cundinamarca, due to his incursion, by way of fraud, in the disciplinary offense established in article 32 of the Lawyer Disciplinary Codefor insulting or recklessly accusing public servants, lawyers and other persons involved in professional matters.
