The City of Nantes invites the people of Nantes to register on the electoral lists before May 7 to be able to vote in the next departmental and regional elections. In addition, it is launching a call for volunteers to hold the Nantes polling stations.
Call for volunteers to hold polling stations
Voting operations require the mobilization of many volunteers, and particularly this year, when two elections are being held simultaneously, thus doubling the number of polling stations (from 204 to 408). Nantes voters interested in this civic experience are invited to volunteer to be a member of a polling station before April 2.
They will be offered an assignment and will receive an information booklet on the organization and missions of the members of the polling stations. They will then be invited to an information meeting before the election, organized according to health conditions. All the health precautions and rules that will be in force on the date of the poll will obviously be implemented in the polling stations to ensure the good protection of volunteers as well as that of voters.
