Case for violating the Narcotics Control Act

Recently, rumors have spread in online communities that Mr. Hwang used drugs with his boyfriend. When the police investigation began, Hwang made a self-injury commotion, and a post saying that Hwang’s boyfriend, Mr. Oh, made an extreme choice, was posted on the Blue House bulletin board on the 26th, demanding punishment for Mr. Hwang. In fact, Mr. Hwang received a simple drug test at the Suseo Police Station on the 20th, but it is reported that the test was negative.
Meanwhile, Hwang was charged with taking methamphetamine three times at his home in Seoul from May to September 2015, and was sentenced to one year in prison and two years probation in the first and second trials.
