Nothing is missing as to prohibition of privacy in the annexes of the ordinance with which the mayor of Mondragone (Caserta), Virgil Pacifico, laid down the obligation of home isolation, in the first days of the health emergency triggered by an outbreak of Covid-19, for 18 people. A list published on the Municipality website soon removed but which has already gone around the web and social networks.

Yesterday, according to the union ordinance, the municipal police carried out an inspection, noting the suspension of the activity, despite this being requested by a note from the Collective Prevention Unit of the ASL of Caserta. The mayor of Falciano del Massico therefore ordered the suspension of the activity “with immediate effect until the removal of the reasons of current and concrete danger for public health, connected to the health emergency located in the area”.
