Ukrainians vaccinated against coronavirus cannot generate COVID certificates in mobile application “Diya”… The fact is that in the electronic health care system (ESPO), which provides electronic document management in the domestic medical industry, there was a technical failure.
It is reported by TSN.ua with reference to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The crash happened on the first day beta testing of the “Pidtrimka” program, which provides for the payment of one thousand hryvnia to citizens vaccinated with two doses. Users, among other things, complain that after identification of the person and confirmation of consent for the transfer of data to Die, vaccination documents do not appear. In the afternoon, in the “Services” section, the “COVID Certificates” section disappeared altogether.

According to Yekaterina Chernogorenko, project manager of the Ministry of Digital Industry, the department is now waiting for the ESPO to resume its work. According to preliminary data, it will work tonight.
“Considering that certificates are not saved in Die, restarting the application requires restarting the certificates. This is for the safety of your and all users of medical data,” she explained.
Money for vaccinations: what Zelensky promised
On November 15, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukrainians, who received two doses of the coronavirus vaccine, will be able to receive one thousand hryvnias through the “Diya” application… Payments will be made within the framework of a new program to support the creative, sports and transport sectors of the economy, called “Pidtrimka”.
The program starts on December 19, 2021 and the program will operate until December 18, 2022. During this time, all citizens of Ukraine who have received two doses of the vaccine for the entire period of vaccination will be able to take advantage of this thousand hryvnia (that is, those who have been vaccinated since February 2021).
The money will be paid to free virtual cards in the Diya application. They can be spent on purchasing books, gym membership, visiting cinemas, theaters, etc. or buy tickets for domestic travel. More than 6,000 enterprises in the fields of culture, sports and passenger transportation will take part in the program, their list is still unknown.
December 2, 2021 Verkhovna Rada allocated from the state budget for 2021 UAH 8 billion for the implementation of the program.
