The Alsatian cream of blues and song at Nouma

We knew him as a one man band at the beginning, he knew (well) to surround himself with a bass player and a drummer to enrich his music and his show: Dirty Deep, the most louisian of the Sundgauvians is back in Noumatrouff with an electric set, in all senses! And since good news never comes alone, blues and folk enthusiasts can also count on the presence of Thomas Schoeffler Jr from Strasbourg, in the first part. On Saturday we stay in the region with another big name from the Alsatian and French scene: the guitarist and singer Rodolphe Burger, who will share the stage with Fred Poulet.

Friday 9 at 8 pm and Saturday 10 December at 8 pm, at Noumatrouff. From 12 to 20€. + information about www.noumatrouff.fr

Circus choreographed at La Filature

On the program, every day until Sunday 11 December, “Möbius” by the XY company, in collaboration with the choreographer Rachid Ouramdane. On stage, the 19 performers are inspired by the natural phenomenon of murmurs, these fast-moving flocks of birds across the sky and so dense that they sometimes manage to eclipse the sun, like the mesmerizing ballet of starlings.

Thursday 8 at 19, Friday 9 at 20, Saturday 10 at 19 and Sunday 11 December at 15, at La Filature. From 8 to 28€. + information about www.lafilature.org

John Williams in the spotlight at the Collegium Musicum

DR

Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Superman… While all of these blockbusters have been a resounding success in theaters, that’s not the only thing they have in common. Indeed, the music for these films was all composed by such a monument: John Williams. This weekend, the Collegium Musicum of Mulhouse puts the American composer in the spotlight, proposing his greatest successes, but also more reserved works, always written for the cinema. For the occasion, the musicians will be dressed up and made up by students from the aesthetics, cosmetics and perfumery section of the Rebberg professional high school in Mulhouse, who will also make up the voluntary spectators!

In collaboration with the Platesens association. Saturday 10 at 20 and Sunday 11 December at 17 at CSC Pax. €10 (under 12 years €5). + information about www.collegium-mulhouse.fr et www.facebook.com/Collegium.Musicum.Mulhouse

Capra/Seguin/Loup at easels

Mark Henley

“Enclosed in its enclosure, Mr. Seguin’s goat breathes the smells of the mountain. With every breath of air, it is a wind of freedom that stirs his heart and excites his desire to discover the world. But, as we know, up there, on the sharp ridge or in the dark undergrowth, lives the wolf. And a wolf eats goats, it’s in his nature. Seguin knows. Even the wolf knows it. But what does the goat think? What price will she be willing to pay to discover the taste of freedom? » Invited by the Tréteaux de Haute Alsace, Pan! the company presents “Chèvre/Seguin/loup”, a loose adaptation of Alphonse Daudet’s short story, “Monsieur Seguin’s goat”, focusing on the savory, exhilarating and sometimes terrifying discovery of freedom.

Sunday 11 December at 4 pm at the Théâtre de la Sinne. €11 adults, €9 children. + information about www.theatre-sinne.fr
