This is one of the UIS’s most interesting proposals for the Christmas season. The virtual programming includes concerts, talks, academic workshops and virtual presentations by world-class guests.
Among the national and international Tunas and Estudiantinas selected for participation are the Tuna Centralista, Tuna Teilhardiana, Tuna Universidad Central, Tuna Universidad Católica de Colombia, Tunística (Portugal), Estudiantina Teopanzolco (Mexico); Estudiantina Liceo; Bicentennial of Talagante (Chile), Academic Fan-Farra from Coimbra (Portugal) and Tuna Femenina from the University of Santiago de Chile.
Francisco Tarazona Pérez, director of the Tuna UIS, invited the entire university community to be part of this event: “On behalf of all of us who are part of the TUNA UIS, we invite the UIS community and the general public to join us in connecting with this contest that seeks to keep the tradition alive of the Latin American tuna and student movement ”.
