MU wants to sell David De Gea at this price

A rumor from Manchester United. Reportedly, the Red Devils want to sell the goalkeeper, David De Gea!

David De Gea has been in poor form the last few seasons. His name is always in the conversation every season, will the Spanish goalkeeper be released? Or is it Manchester United want to buy a new goalkeeper?

This season alone, De Gea has conceded 32 times which makes MU the club with the most conceded in the top four of the Premier League standings.

Moreover, there is a young goalkeeper Dean Henderson who the Red Devils fans feel is good enough to replace De Gea. Dean Henderson looks like he deserves more playing time.

Reporting from Mirror, Manchester United are rumored to be releasing David De Gea this summer. Even though the contract is still valid until 2023 and has the option to add one year.

It was widely reported that Manchester United officials were already hot with De Gea. So, the goalkeeper is now 31 years old, it is rumored that he wants to be released for 50 million pounds or the equivalent of Rp. 988 billion.

On the other hand, the club also wants to cut the big salaries of its players. One of them is De Gea, whose weekly salary is 600 thousand pounds per week or the equivalent of Rp. 11 billion!

David De Gea itself has strengthened Manchester United since 2011. He has won one Premier League title, two Europa League winners, once Premier League Cup, and one FA Cup.

De Gea is also noted to have packed 434 appearances in all competitions with MU. That made him the most senior player at the club at this time, as well as the last player to feel the era of Sir Alex Ferguson’s cold hands.
