Today, the Minnesota Gray Wolves played at home against the visiting Charlotte Hornets. The result of the game was established after a wave of onslaught by the Hornets in the third quarter. In the end, Terry Rozier scored a game-high 31 points and Gordon Hayward contributed 23 points. The Hornets beat the Gray Wolves with a score of 135-102 in the away game.
Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio performed well in this game, scoring 20 points, 9 assists, and 4 of 6 three-pointers, but he had an unexpected episode at the end of the second quarter.
In an offense, Rubioy first made a fake move on the three-point line and then cut in and compared another fake move. Then he caught the ball and took a hot pot. Rubio made a total of 7 in this wave of offense. Fake action but was covered twice with the hot pot, and in the end he failed to score the ball smoothly. The scene was quite embarrassing.
