A 34-year-old motorist from Boxtel was killed in an accident on the Schijndelsedijk in Boxtel on Friday morning. The car the man was in left the road around 6:30 a.m.
The car hit the guardrail, a sapling and an electrical box and was badly damaged.
Research
After the accident, several police units, an ambulance and a trauma helicopter were called, but the latter never came.
The provincial road between Boxtel and Schijndel was completely closed after the accident. Police are investigating how the accident could have happened.
