As the public order office announced in response to a TAG24 request, a total of four demonstrations are indicated for March 6, 2021 in the area of ​​the New Fair in Leipzig.

As early as 9.30 a.m., according to the announcement, a car parade with the motto “Car parade from Plauen via Netzschkau and Reichenbach, and from Auerbach / V. To Leipzig for a large demonstration in Leipzig – for peace, freedom and sovereignty. roll.

It is not known when exactly this will arrive in the trade fair city. 400 people want to take part.

Between 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. a car parade will be held in Leipzig under the motto “Drive yourselves free!” be on the road with around 150 participants.

In November 2020, two Corona-critical demonstrations in Leipzig got out of hand, far too many participants had gathered in the trade fair city despite Corona requirements and did not adhere to the Corona protective measures. According to studies, the demonstrations in Leipzig, among other things, caused the sharp rise in the number of cases in winter.

According to the current Corona Protection Ordinance in Saxony, rallies are only permitted at a fixed location and with a maximum of 1000 participants, provided they maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters and wear medical mouth and nose protection.
