Jakarta, Selular.ID – Following the 3GB RAM variant, in mid-September Oppo introduced the A16 4GB RAM variant in response to consumer demand for A16 devices with more RAM and storage space.
Previously, the Oppo A16 3/32 was sold for Rp. 1,999,000 while the Oppo A16 4/64 was sold for Rp. 2,499,000.
Since it was introduced on July 9, 2021 ago, the Oppo A16 device has a pretty good sales increase and is relatively constant.
“The Oppo A16 4/64 also received a very good response in the market, since its presence on September 24, we recorded a 10% increase in sales every day both online and offline. Another fact, this device is in fact also in demand by consumers in big cities. Oppo recorded 5 cities that had the highest sales of Oppo A16 4/64, namely Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Surabaya and Bandung,” said Aryo Meidianto A, PR Manager of Oppo Indonesia.
The high demand for the Oppo A16 4/64 in these 5 cities indicates that smartphone devices with a combination of wide screens, large storage and high battery life are still in demand by the public to be able to meet their needs for smartphone devices. Oppo estimates that the trigger factor for the high sales of this device is due to the ongoing pandemic policy that requires some people to do most of their activities at home.
As one of the best-selling devices in the A series line in Indonesia, Oppo has begun to pay attention to a more stylish design factor on the A16 4/64, for this reason, a new pearl blue or pearl blue color is presented. Apparently the color of this device has succeeded in attracting consumers’ interest where 55.8% of Indonesian consumers choose Mutiara blue as their favorite color compared to space silver or space silver.
