Most Obsessed States with Cell Phones: Nevada Takes the Lead, According to Study

DENVER, Colorado – A recent study by Amerisleep revealed the list of the most “obsessed” states with cell phones in the United States.

Nevada took first place, closely followed by Louisiana, Georgia, Florida and Texas.

The study examined the average monthly search volume in each state for more than 3,200 terms related to cell phone problems, such as “overheated battery” or “why is my phone not working.”

Using this information, we sought to identify where most of the problems arising from frequent device use were occurring, thus revealing the regions where mobile phones are used most frequently.

Nevada stands out as the leader, with an average of 5,550.74 monthly searches for cell phone problems. Compared to its population of 3,177,772, this equates to 462.56 average monthly searches per 100,000 residents, the highest ratio among all states in the nation.
