He rejected that this procedure is a revenge against the directors and assured that the deputies of the Fourth Transformation only submit to the law, in an always democratic criterion, which allows them to present a political trial against both directors, due to their myopic and disproportionate criteria by establishing an exorbitant sanction against Félix Salgado Macedonio Y Raúl Morón.

“If we consider that constitutional provisions were violated, to initiate a political trial, no way to get angry about that,” said Mier.
The legislator rejected that it be a revenge against the councilors, because “if the law says so, it is not possible to speak of revenge, it is in strict adherence to the law and the Constitution.” He mentioned that if they, in the Fourth Transformation, do it, then it is revenge, but if they [los consejeros] they do, it is not called the same.
