With Ferragosto now over, we leave behind one of the most loved and desired summer celebrations. In addition to bonfires on the beach and drinking in company, in fact, there is above all an activity that everyone loves to do on this special day, namely eating. For this reason, in addition to the intake of light and easily digestible foods, it is above all essential to correct this behavior.
