The real estate sector continues to bet on putting up for sale discounted assets to encourage operations in the midst of the coronavirus crisis.
The last campaign has been announced by the Cajamar cooperative group and the Haya Real Estate ‘servicer’, which have released more than 4,000 properties with a reduction of up to 60% on their appraised value, among which there are homes, garages, storage rooms, commercial premises, warehouses and floors in different degrees of development. The residential supply accounts for approximately half of the total.
Valencian Community, Andalusia and Murcia are the regions that account for most of the offer, with just over 3,500 units. The most prominent provinces are, in this order, Valencia (955), Almería (760), Castellón (635), Murcia (530), Malaga (280), Alicante (185) and Granada (160). In them you can find homes and premises at a price starting at 40,000 euros, while there are lots for less than 4,000 euros. However, there are also lands that cost around 200,000 euros and houses that are around 150,000 euros.
The commercial offer will remain active until August 31 and on the website of the ‘servicer’ you can consult the data of the properties, such as surface, location and price, as well as photos.
This campaign joins those that have come with land for sale and of rental housing. In the first case, it is an offer from the ‘servicer’ Aliseda, which has put on the market more than 1,500 plots distributed throughout Spain with deferred payment until the end of 2021. These lands are intended for individuals who want to build their own home or local promoters. The company allows clients to disburse 5% of the amount before the 31st of this year and subsequently facilitate the payment of 95% in the following 12 months.
In the case of rental, the campaign is from Liberbank and Haya Real Estate, which have put more than 1,000 properties for rent, with homes from 150 euros per month. This promotion, which also has parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial premises and industrial buildings, will be valid until August 31 and potential tenants will get the first two months of rent for free.
