International Nurse’s Day is celebrated on May 12th.
There are more than 100 thousand nurses in Belarus. Minister of Health Dmitry Pinevich congratulated nurses on their professional holiday, writes “Minsk-News”.
“Each of you has your own story of choosing this difficult profession, your own path in it, your own joys and difficulties. But I am sure that it is equally important for all of you to hear simple words as often as possible: “Thank you, sister.” After all, sometimes the right attitude of the patient, his desire to live depends on you, ”the congratulation says.
Dmitry Pinevich wished the nurses to always keep their souls young, to feel love and care in the family circle, to feel confident and calm at work.
Recall that the holiday is dedicated to the birthday of Florence Nightingale, who created the first headquarters of the sisters of mercy. The International Council of Nurses was the organizer of the official institution of the Day of the Nurse.
