From Tuesday June 2, the CeGIDD team will join its new premises, at the Bureaux du Polygone 4th floor, 265 avenue des Etats du Languedoc in Montpellier.

In Montpellier, the Free Information, Screening and Diagnostic Center (CeGIDD) allows you to be tested free of charge and anonymously.

In practice, CeGIDD offers free of charge:

  • HIV / AIDS and viral hepatitis testing
  • STI screening and treatment (Sexually Transmitted Infections)
  • vaccination against diseases related to sexuality (Papillomavirus, viral hepatitis A and B)

The CeGIDD team consists of general infectious disease physicians, a dermatologist, a gynecologist, nurses, secretaries and a psychologist.

With more than 15,000 consultations / year, a constantly growing number, this move had become necessary in order to accommodate a larger number of people.

In the current health context, CeGIDD is only open by appointment (04 67 33 69 50). Patients are invited to wear a mask, not to come with a companion and, in the event of symptoms (fever, cough, breathing difficulties, etc.), and to contact the service which will, if necessary, reschedule the appointment.
