This Tuesday, December 22, the national police posted on Twitter many photos of objects from the theft of packages in mailboxes of individuals in Montpellier. The objective: to find the owners of these packages to return the stolen objects to them.
We are on December 14th. A couple of criminals, made up of a 29-year-old man and his 25-year-old partner were arrested for stealing packages from letter boxes.
Perpetrated mainly in the Ovalie district and that of the Town Hall, these alleged thefts will result in the couple being tried in April 2021.
The distribution of tasks was such that, while the man took care of the thefts, his partner was responsible for disposing of the items on the internet.
