Not infrequently there are technical problems with Automated Teller Machines (ATM) until the user cannot perform transactions properly. Like a recent viral video showing customers making cash withdrawals but the money doesn’t come out, even though the balance is reduced.

ATM location: AEON Mall JGC East Jakarta,” reads the video description shared by the account @j**artas**na quoted on Sunday (12/12/2021).
The origin of the bank is not stated, but it can be seen in the video that they transact at BCA bank ATMs. When contacted, customers who experience these problems are asked not to panic because money can be returned if it is true that there are technical problems with the machine.
Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA, Hera F. Haryn, said that customers who experience these problems only need a photo of the ATM machine and the number of the machine used to be reported to the nearest BCA branch office.
“Customers can go to the nearest BCA branch office so that they can be followed up, one of which is by helping dismantle the ATM machine to check if there are technical problems with the machine,” said Hera when contacted.
If you don’t want to be bothered, you can also just call the contact center 1500888 or through the haloBCA application. Complaints will be processed in the next few days.
“The haloBCA application is a mobile application that can be used to contact Halo BCA through all official channels owned by Halo BCA, including Call, Chat, Email and Twitter,” he said.
