A mother (Oksana Patchin) jumps with her 5-year-old daughter (Olivia) in her arms from the roof of a Hell’s Kitchen building in downtown New York, both died, reported the news portal of Mirror.
According to the report of the authorities police officers, the events took place last Sunday around 1:30 p.m.
Oksana Patchin, 39, jumped out of Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan, while holding the little Olivia Patchin en sus brazos.

Qualified personnel from the Children’s Services Administration are already investigating the case that has shocked the entire community.
They stated verbatim: “Our top priority is to protect the safety and well-being of all children in New York City. We are investigating this case with the NYPD. “
When falling from several meters high, both the mother who jumps with her daughter from the building, rushed to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, where they are pronounced dead, police said.
Faced with the tragedy, a family friend expressed his pain: “I can’t believe it. This is terrible. Everything was going very well with her ”.
Police investigations indicate that the woman did not leave a posthumous message after the apparent suicide that she carried out in an astonishing way from the Hell’s Kitchen building.
Through a registration on social networks it was learned that Oksana is a native of Ukraine and that she studied accounting in New York. Police say that she divorced her husband over the summer and that she had been living with her mother these days.
