Modi govt bent laws to benefit Adani – Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi strongly criticized the BJP government and Adani in the Lok Sabha. Speaking in the Lok Sabha, he alleged that the Modi government is changing business laws to benefit Gautam Adani.

There is a law that no one without previous experience can participate in the development of airports. The central government changed this law and gave six airports to Adani. Then India’s most profitable Mumbai airport was hijacked from GVK using agencies like CBI and ED and given to Adani – said Rahul.

In 2014, Adani was ranked 609th in the list of the world’s richest people. And then like magic, Adani rose to the second position – added Rahul. Rahul’s response comes amid the Adani-Hindenburg issues that have caused disruption in both houses since the parliamentary session began.
